Tried contacting them multiple times about the missing order and haven't received a reply.Update following reply from Nastygal:If you were aware of my attempts to contact you through your email and website page, it would come to your attention that my FIRST attempt to contact you was within 14 days of the parcel being delivered. UPS charged me $40 to deliver my package (on top of the $18 I paid Nasty Gal) - I was rightfully pissed and contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a refund via PayPal after I provided proof that I paid UPS. I am very sad to say I ordered items of clothing on the 29th of November 2019 and they were expected to arrive on the 4th of December.
